The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC) provides the federal courts with a range of support services, including legal, legislative, management, and program support. The AOUSC prepares reports and compiles a variety of statistics.
The Federal Judicial Center (FJC) provides research, training, and education for the federal judiciary.
The U.S. Sentencing Commission is an independent agency agency within the judicial branch.
Day to day judicial administration, such as maintaining court records and dockets, is the responsibility of each court.
