"Case report: an official or unofficial published collection of judicial opinions."
Case Report, Blacks Law Dictionary (10th ed. 2014).
Once printed and bound, case law reporters are now published on the web. This has meant a significant decrease in the cost of these publications for libraries and increased access for lawyers, students and researchers. The Macfarlane collection has print copies of several reporters on a variety of subjects including regulatory telecommunication reporting (Canada), federal carriers, maritime law, aviation, and chemical regulation reporters. These documents provide both access and a window into the historical record.
