West Academic Study Aids is a collection of online resources provided to you by the law library. It does not require that you register for an account to access the contents. You can voluntarily create an account which allows you to use features such as downloading books, book chapters, note taking and highlighting.
A quick way to find entrepreneurial related study aids is by clicking on the 2L/3L Subjects and then choosing Business Organizations - Corporations or Taxation. You can then filter the results by Type, Subject or Series by using the Filter Results feature on the left side of the screen. Alternatively, you can type keywords in the search box and find relevant resources across all titles and series in West Academic.
Some of these online study aids may also be available in print in the Gallagher Law Library collection. You can search for them by title in the law library catalog.
