Regulations related to immigration are scattered throughout the Code of Federal Regulations as immigration touches many areas of law ranging from public welfare to labor to agriculture and beyond. A good list of the CFR titles relating to immigration are available on the USCIS website (link below), but this is not a comprehensive list. Many agencies also have a quasi-judicial function and they issues opinions or decisions via administrative law judges or panels.
